There is lots of press speculation he will be charged with the latest leaks also. We want to stress that, given Manning is being held without access to the outside world — he was just moved from Kuwait to Quantico VA last week — we, nor anyone else knows what person or persons may have leaked any classified secret information.
But check this out in the Telegraph UK July 30:
“Admiral Mike Mullen, the chairman of the US military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, said the leakers ‘might already have on their hands the blood of some young soldier or that of an Afghan family’ because, he said, the leaked documents included the names of Afghan informants.”
Wait — who has the blood of some young soldier or that of an Afghan family on their hands?
